Overview
Mailhooks let you trigger a Cradl AI agent by emailing documents to a dedicated address. This is useful when invoices, receipts, claims, or other documents already arrive by email.
Configuration Steps
Add an Email trigger to your Cradl AI agent
Copy the generated mailhook address
Send or forward documents to that address
Confirm that Cradl AI processes the attachments
Connect exports to send extracted data where it needs to go
